Another Tire/Wheel Question

I am looking to buy new wheels and tires for my wife's daily driver, a 2000 SR5. The car doesn't have a lift or any suspension mods. After looking around the forum for a few hours it looks like the following combo will probably fit, but if some of the wiser people could weigh in I'd appreciate it. We are looking at ROCKSTAR II 17 x 8 tires with 10mm offset and either P265/65R17 or P265/70R17 LTX M/S2 tires.

Thanks for your help.

Either of those tires should fit, I can't comment of the wheels though with backspacing and such. I know you can fit a 255/75/17 on stock suspension. It's a bit taller than a 265/70/17, but a little narrower too.

Thanks guys. I think the backspacing will be OK, assuming I put all the numbers into the little calculator correctly, Custom rims, wheel tire packages for your ride - RIMSnTIRES.com. Right now the Runner has stock wheels, the stamp says they are 16x7 ET15. The current tires are 265/70R16. It looks like this will only push things 5mm closer to the fender. Phew.
