1.lifting should i get spacers or new coilovers and is a body lift worth the money. i have heard that you need the diff drop kit if you lift IFS witch i am planing on


2.exhaust i am looking at the dave thorley headers, but im inthe dark about cat backs. can someone point me in the right way


3. is a performance intake worth the price- i weant it for the mpg boost over performance - i dont drive hard


4.grile guard with stock bumper vs new front bumper

Looks like you'll have to find a monkey. :

#4. A grille or brush guard can cause more damage if you hit something. Those guards are only good against people who park by feel. If you're going to off-road go for a replacement like an ARB, etc. It'll give you a better approach angle and something to mount a winch or lights on, etc.

These are just my opinions, but from trial and error and error correction...
1. I prefer the Coil lifts. I am not a big fan of spacers, but I also am not lifting my truck just for looks. I am currently waiting on my own Toytec Coilovers.

as far as the Body Lift, Im sure someone with a body lift would be better to ask.

2. Sorry, dont know enough about exhaust on a 4runnner, loved my flowmaster on my prelude though,

3. Cold air intake all the way! I actually notice more torque than I do hp, but if you get larger tires, which seems inevitable with a lift, U WILL NEED IT.

4. Grille Guards are pansy... im either gonna save my money for an Irbis bumper, or make my own out of 2" steel tubing. probably the latter.
