Tranny temp, voltage, intake temp, instant MPG, engine load, horsepower, 0-60, quarter mile, 60-0 times, throttle %, open/closed loop, MAP, and more. Plus it reads and clears codes like Okki stated.
I don't have any of these readings! It's an awesome little device.
Oh yeah- And it opens the Ant-hill.
Hello, I'm waiting to see you post some observations from your neat new toy.
couple questions: engine load / horsepower (please explain is this in % or something else) also interested in your towing tranny temp observations.
Will get my own scan gauge eventually....to chicken to even attempt to copy your mount. Like it a lot though.
Thanks!
Sorry for the late reply Biggcrisp, I missed your post!
Let me try to answer your questions.
** Engine load as defined in the Scanguage manual: "This is a percentage of the maximum power available cur- rently being generated. In some vehicles it is the maximum available at the present RPM."
**Horsepower defined in the manual: "Displays the calculated Horsepower your vehicle is currently making. This value can be adjusted for accuracy through the Advanced Setup parameters"
My horsepower reading was definitely incorrect out of the box. After setting it up I floored it and was rewarded with 362 HP. Wow. Guess my airbox mod really does work. :lmao: Luckily you can adjust the reading, but it's not that important to me.
** Tranny temps I have been watching pretty closely for the past week or so. Mine seems to hover around 130' or so in normal driving. It spikes and cools rapidly under any load, but averages right around there. Unfortunately, I haven't been out on the boat in a few weeks(!) but I look forward to seeing what happens on the way to and from the launching ramp.
Hope that helps- Get a Scanguage, it does so much!
** If you go here you can download the complete users manual that details everything.
Have Fun- J
The fact they're different heights would make me nutz.....:whipping2
Very nice indeed. You get any glare with them mounted up high?
Get any rolleyes from wifey?

They did me at first too, but I kind of like it now. The lights serve different purposes anyway and everyone knows spot lights should be lower. :lmao:
I may just fix them to be level, wouldn't be too hard you know.
Damn you guys. You know I'm OCD as hell too. I fixed 'em.
Yes Pat, you were right Pat. They look much better now Pat.:frisky:
Pix to prove it!

Could you post pics of how they are mounted. Duc just sent me the silver blocky things as mine are uneven too. Well, I guess now mine are the only ones uneven. Traitor!
