Greybird is my wife Betty's name for our new 4Runner Trail. We traded in our '15 Wrangler JKU after it let us down on a trip to the Lillooet area a couple of weeks ago. Nothing serious, but we could not take a chance. After one day of off-roading, we reluctantly packed up and headed back down. But the Jeep dealer is in Abbotsford, a long haul from Agassiz, so we decided to look for a replacement closer to home.
I checked out Nissan and Toyota on the web, and the 4Runner really grabbed me as being the best choice for reliable highway travel and off-roading, so we headed to Toyota's in Chilliiwack on Saturday. They only had one Trail model, a demo with about 1200 km on it and fitted with Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac tires. We took it for a spin on Saturday, thought about it over Sunday and went back on Monday to make the trade. We love it! - Ted'n Betty

Just dragged my 00 back from Nelson. Should be just broken in at 333K
It needs some TLC but looks solid.
Last weekend my daughter and I started to clean it up before we send it to a shop for some mechanical work I don’t feel like tackling in the driveway in the pouring rain. That time of year is upon us.

Hi new to the forum, just picked up a 1990 4Runner V6 Manual. Wanted one for a long time, just moved from Australia to South Surrey looking forward to doing some mods to the old girl!!!
