OK guys I've got the key to Eagle Ridge. Who's in and when do we head up?
So I went and TRIED :trophy: to make a run up Eagle Ridge last month in hopes of catching the fireworks from top. I didn't make it 10mins past the gate. The fire road fairly beat up now since the last I was up here 4 years ago. There are some very large rocks that need a spotter to navigate around. I turned around as I had my little girl with me. It was getting too dark for my tastes to mucking around by myself. Props to the guy in the monster 1st gen who patiently let me back down and turn around.
Anyone want to try this during the day?

Would you be up for a run up to Eagle Ridge? Haha would our stock trucks make it up there?

Does it get ugly along the way? My truck's stock with AT's, but I read an older trail report on the local forum and it appears to be stock friendly as long as you have 4wd?

its a cake walk really. As long as you have 4wd you will have no problem. But remember the more rain we get it's less compacted so it will be softer then the road.
I'm up for eagle ridge as it's close to town. It should be ok if we spot each other around the boulders.

My weekends are getting booked up pretty fast. Let's set a date and we'll see who shows up.

Wow, if that is the main route it might be a little much. I would be in favour of a back up plan, but can't suggest anything specific except exploring up the Squamish and Elaho vallies.
I think for a backup plan maybe we should try Stave lake. However I've never been there. I need to be back by the afternoon.

Is Eagle Ridge stocker friendly? Mythos has a stock runner and made it up there.
