Any body use Agriguard for rust

Any body use this on their frame, paints over rust ?????

Never used it, but I have steel beams rusting that this would be great for. Im going to give this a try.

I considered Agriguard because I could get it cheap, but ultimately ended up going with Eastwood Rust Encapsulator Platinum because I wanted something people have had experience with.
