Any brand that make bumpers besides shrockworks, ARB, or savage?

All-Pro makes a bumper for the 95 - 04 Tacomas that they claim will fit the 3rd gen 4runners with minor modifications. They are the tubular style bumper like this and run around $500:

I found a welding and fabrication place near me, they gave me a quote of about 400 bucks for my rear bumper. Haven't asked about a front yet. I figure it's not a bad way to go, their main buisness is building parts for NASA so my bumper should be rocket-proof.
