Any fiberglass camper's on here?

A pic of my 2014 Casita SD 17ft. Nice solid camper with a full bath. No roof seams to leak. Fully enclosed fiberglass shells connected in the middle, so no roof seams or exposed wood flooring. Great little camper for my wife, dog and I and for my V6 toyota to haul. My 04 tacoma 4x4 with its 3.4L & 5 speed trans tows it easily. I purchased this truck for $500 with a blown engine. I got it up and running just days before i had to drive it from my home in Baltimore to Texas to pick up this camper from the manufacture. The Casitas are built to order. I ordered some new alloys and tires for it, gonna wait til spring to install them. Any other fiberglass campers on here? Lets see'em!

That's awesome! Congrats. I've always wanted a tiny fiberglass camper. Just about that size. How's it pull with the truck? WD hitch needed? Realize the added weight of a 4Runner and how the camper is speced will make a difference but curious as to your experience.

Seem to be number of tiny camper manufacturers out there but looking at some of them it seems hard to find the right combination of quality/weight/size/price.

Anyone else own one?

Jeff my tacoma tows it fine. No wdh needed but it did come with a anti-sway bar. This is the 17ft, its the biggest model Casita offers. They also offer a 13ft. & 16ft. camper. I've read many online forums about different brand lightweight fiberglass campers and i kept coming back to the casita. I'm a big guy and it fits me well, and i even shower in it. It was $16,400 otd. They hold their value, i tried locating a used one but the used ones was selling for almost as much as a new one. So i ordered the new one, it's a 3 month wait but that gave me the time to get my tacoma together & running for the trip to pick it up in Texas. We love it. I also have a 30ft Gulfstream on a permanant site at a campground, i don't own anything big enough to tow this one. I've done replaced a slide out roof due to a leak and i replaced the shower floor due to it cracking and leaking and recently a slide out motor stopped working. Seems like allot of people have leak issues with the stick built trailers. I like how simple and manageable the casita is.

Casita makes a 13ft'er, 16ft'er and a 17ft'er. Mine is the 17ft. with full bath.

I am currently pulling an 18' Forest River MiniLite (stick-built box). Good little trailer with no roof leaks (yet!), but it has a soft floor due to "other" leaks.
My next trailer will be a fibreglass egg. Leaning towards the Escape 17, but also like the Scamp and Casita.
Difficulty I am having is that none of them, IMHO, install sensible windows! The three mentioned are well-built trailers, which can be modified for light off-road purposes, but they all have sliding windows. Anyone who has endured a period of hot, muggy, rainy weather, with kids, in a small trailer, will appreciate being able to leave windows wide open even in a thunderous downpour! The awning style/Jalousie windows are a strong point in my current trailer - I even leave them open slightly all winter, eliminating mould problems from condensation.
It sure is nice being inside during a heavy rain, with all windows open.
Just to be clear .......... I hate the sliding windows most manufacturers are installing these days! - and they won't install awning style windows as an option.
(And I won't buy a trailer with sliders.)
The only option I can see is to buy an older F/G trailer, rip out the windows, and install my own awning windows.
Why can't I have my cake, and eat it too?!!
Rant over - love those fibreglass trailers!
