I've only had it twice as it's extremely elusive, but Jefferson's Reserve Stout:

I had it in an Irish restaurant, called "The Pub" in a neighboring city. It was one of the bottled beer specials of the month.
I know your looking mainly for IPAs, but that was a good hoppy beer. Another beer that's an IPA would be Dogfish Head's 90 Minute OR 120 minute. Certainly loaded with hops, but damned good.

have bought it in PA before. Relatively sure I've seen it at whole food across the street. Will keep my eyes peeled for you.
ETA I actually know total wine here in VA has it
i get to va on occasion, just this past april for my brother's wedding and oct for busch gardens and both times they were out. i order it when i can online which is rare and total wine won't ship it to me. if you come across it and don't mind picking it up i can send you funds however you want. i've ever only seen it twice online and it tends to get pricey. nc sucks and won't let anything over 15% be sold here but can be shipped in.

I live in Richmond Va and occasionally go to Raleigh to visit family. I believe dog fish head 120 is right outside my neighborhood at the grocery store. If its not there I have plenty of places to get it here, whole food stores and the like. I'm not sure what part of NC you're in but if its close to Raleigh Id bring you a case or two next time I'm down that way.

Where in NC are you? If you are anywhere near Wrightsville Beach, you should check out Lighthouse Beer and Wine, they have a great selection and a very cool atmosphere. Buy and go or stay and drink there.

Very good and filling. They didn't have the 120 on them but any VA people know "The Bier Garden" in Portsmouth has a huge variety, and 120 is one of them. USMC, let me know if you seriously want a super hoppy beer. I can bring ghost peppers and hoppy beer to meet you

I'm about 20 min south of Raleigh in Fuquay Varina. I really appreciate it! You all are lucky to have access to this stuff!

I've heard that is the beer of beers to get. If you could spare even 1 bottle of it I would definitely be interested. I need to move to a state that has more beer offerings.
