Has anyone ever tried transferring their stealth rack from a 4th gen to a 5th gen? I want to take advantage of this opportunity to get a discount but I have a 2003 and I'm considering getting a newer t4r in the near future. Any ideas?

We're beating a dead horse. I think its safe to say that either GOBI isn't entertaining the thought of a group buy or the OP has other shit on his plate and has not pursued this any further. It's been over a month since the start of this thread and there has been zero movement so that leads me to believe shit just ain't happenin'.

As much as I was hoping to see some killer deal on this thread, I've read through two other GOBI group buy threads that were disastrous. When placing a large order with a custom fabrication shop, we inundate them with a large load. This typically crushes lead times. There were cases of people being told 2-3 weeks but their product didn't ship for 10 weeks. The other thing I noticed was GOBI's lack of customer service. One thread was from 2012 (RiDE-member here/authorized GOBI dealer). GOBI could have improved their CS since then, but seeing how slowly they've responded to the OP, I doubt it. I think I'm going to pass on this potential group buy.

Not trying to be a negative Nancy but my experience with the people at GOBI wasn't that great. I had a bad lock for my shovel/axe attachment and they we very rude and didn't send me a replacement for almost two months.

Don't get me wrong, I love the rack but for the price it could be better quality.
