Any New TSB's Out for 4R ??

I don't know anything about a brake boost problem. Care to explain? My brakes seem to be working quite well.

Every have the AC on during a red light and the compressor kicks on and the truck jerks forward.
Sorry to hear about your 4 R I would be pissed too. I had them one time fix a flat during the winter after a storm and the stealer rolled down the back window a scratched the hell out of it ... Man did I let them have it what genius tries to get an item that weights over 50 pounds through a window.

Thanks. Just curuious, did they ever fix your window? I noticed the rear window scratches EXTREMELY easily. I don't want to turn every thread into a b!tch session about my dealership woes, so back to the subject at hand....
I haven't noticed the brakes lurching on me if I am at a stop, but I typically only turn the AC on or off when I am in park, or when I am moving. I don't think I have ever tried it at a stop light but I will see what it does.
The dealer should have my car back to me (*crosses fingers*) by the end of this week with the auxiliary line TSB completed as well. I'll keep you posted.

Try holding the brakes firmer. What happens is when the AC compressor cycles on while you're stopped. You'll notice a slight increase in RPMs when the AC compressor kicks on. This happens on both my 4Runner and Taco. At first it feels like if you're hit from behind. Some on the ToyotaNation have mentioned that if they're not firm on the brakes the jump in RPMs when the AC compressor comes on, the truck will lurch forward, possibly rear ended the guy in front if pulled up closely.
The auxilary TSB fixes the buzz or humming sound when using the auxilary input audio jack in the center console (2006+ models).

Did they ever fix the window :bonk: :headslap: yea right and I can walk on water too.. No they said some BS about it being already there. It's a nice truck but it has a lot of issues and after speaking to some mech that work on them they all say the same thing yea that haven't fix that issue yet. TOY know how to keep their REP up and dealers busy... by selling great motors and trans and cheap bodies.
