Any trails near Tri-City area Tennessee?

Hey guys I'm going to school down here in elizabethton TN, right near johnson city! I'm from Ohio so I don't know of any trails down here that are LEGAL. I've heard a few names of places from other forums but I don't know where it is, what it is, and if it is legal... Any of you guys from around here, or know anything?

Thanks! I actually made friends with some local guy yesterday who's gunna take me out this weekend. He knows all the local places around here, and i guess there's a ton. He's got a 96 F250 5 speed, built 302, 38.5's, and detroit's front and rear... BOOYA!
