Any word on March 2010 Incentives?

Hate to pass on bad news, my dealer in Wichita, KS is overnighting the paperwork on an SR5 to me this afternoon and contacted Toyota corporate beforehand.. He advised no incentives on the 4Runners for March. I'm still hoping he got his info wrong and we'll be surprised in the morning! FWIW

I hate to break it to you but that dealer might be lying to you. My understanding was that NO ONE, not even dealers, were able to find out about incentives until they were announced officially by Toyota. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, and I apologize in advance if I am.

Hope you're right about the dealer! You better believe I'm not signing anything until I see what comes out tomorrow! I may be making a very annoyed and demanding phone call.

Just got the word from a dealership that the 4Runner is not included in any of the new incentives. Here is what they said

" It's ???? from Turner Automotive in Montrose. Toyota put out there new incentives this morning. I have some bad news for you, they do not have any incentives on the new 4Runner."

There essentially are no incentives here in my area of Texas. What they offer, 0% APR on the financing of a few vehicles, is no incentive in my book, regardless of vehicle.

I guess Toyota is feeling very confident in themselves. I thought for sure they would offer an incentive that would make people more comfortable, like an extended warranty. Dollars off the sales price are the kind of incentive I like.

Perhaps Toyota needs yet another month of low sales before they get serious with incentives.

Got an email from another dealership confirming no incentives on the 4Runner. But it sounds like they may be adjusting prices some. So I'll keep you posted.

what region is this for? i don't see it showing up for the central atlantic states. i'm asking bc i pick my Runner up tomorrow and sign final papers, and if this is true I would be eligible for this Premium Auto Care coverage.

In bold are probably the best 4Runner buyers can get.

I kind of wonder about that premium maintenance thing - you already get 2 free oil changes with the car (at least here in Gulf States), and the premium package is limited to 25k miles - about six months worth of driving for me. And on the 4Runner with oil changes at 10k, you actually would not get a single additional oil change since the premium package would expire before you really needed it. If you don't finance there is no deal at all. Oh well...
