Any write ups on replacing Lower Control Arms?

I did a quick search and nothing stood out. I have bent both my rear LCAs and I am replacing with Toytecs beef sticks (snap into a slimjim... rip Randy Savage), and I'm guessing that install is pretty st8 forward. But I decided to ask y'all before I start.
Is there anything that I should look out for?
Anyone have a write up bookmarked?

Go for it. Take lots of pictures.

Unbolt old ones. Bolt up new ones. Make sure you do only one side at a time and do it on a level surface and chock the front tires.

You don't even need to jack it up. i did mine on the ground.

I think it'll be way harder if you did jack it up. Like steeze said, do one side at a time! I thought you had made yourself some links with heims like mine. I must be thinking of someone else.

oh lol my bad in that case you dont need a write up my sister can replace the rear LCA with one arm
