Any write ups on replacing Lower Control Arms?

I did a quick search and nothing stood out. I have bent both my rear LCAs and I am replacing with Toytecs beef sticks (snap into a slimjim... rip Randy Savage), and I'm guessing that install is pretty st8 forward. But I decided to ask y'all before I start.
Is there anything that I should look out for?
Anyone have a write up bookmarked?
Thx

Unbolt old ones. Bolt up new ones. Make sure you do only one side at a time and do it on a level surface and chock the front tires.

Good luck!

Ur wishing me good luck, now I am a little hesitant to do it...... "drum roll", do we really need a write-up for this? lol
So I guess it is just me and the jack, gotta find the sweet spot, and.... shazzam in place?

You don't even need to jack it up. i did mine on the ground.

I think it'll be way harder if you did jack it up. Like steeze said, do one side at a time! I thought you had made yourself some links with heims like mine. I must be thinking of someone else.

here you go my man

^^He was talking about the rear LCAs. But that's still a nice diagram, I'm gonna save it for the future. :)
