Anybody have a door panel off?

I need to see if the accent strip at the top of the door is removable or plastic welded in. Mine are scratched and I wound love to paint them. No way am I buying new door panels when that strip is the only thing damaged and it looks like you cannot buy the separate.

Pretty sure its plastic welded in. I just wrapped mine with vinyl. Super easy to do, even with the door panel on

They are plastic welded. You can wrap them or figure out a way to paint and remount/ remelt them.

Never thought about wrapping them. That's a really good idea. Have to check out some vinyl samples now
