My 2010 is at almost at 67k. Besides the famous driveshaft clunk which my dealer has refused to repair over 3x it has been great.
Temps here in the desert get up to 118' in the summer and to add insult to injury I usually sit in traffic for up to 30 minutes in the heat. I want to flush the cooling system and while I am at it the thermostat as well.
Has anyone changed the thermostat? How much did they pay at the dealer?
One of the Toyota mechanics works on the side, I may get better service from dealing with him directly at his home. I have heard horror stories from mechanics that used to work at different dealerships.
