Anyone Experience This?

I'm thinking unbalanced drive shaft or bad U joint. I kind of doubt upper links with heim joints are going to reduce vibes.

Both the dealer and Toytec said the adjustable links would help to reduce the rear pinion angle, so I'll give it a try. The dealer checked the u-joint and didnt see a problem. The driveshaft was fine before the lift and it wasn't removed at all, plus i think if the driveshaft was unbalanced the vibration would be there at all speeds.....but then again I am by no means an expert in this topic! Thats why I'm here looking for input!

Sounds like driveshaft balance to me. Vibration will vary with speed and not necesarilly more vibe with more speed. Kind of like wheel balance. Since dealer did the install are they doing the work under warranty? Did you have to pay for the adjustible link? I have similar setup but no issues. 2010 Trail with KDSS, Toytec ultimate, stock UCA, spidertrax, 285s on 17 x 8. Your front lift looks a bit high. If the links don't work, maybe try dropping about 1/2 inch or so. Good luck. Really like your ride.

The front looks higher in the pics but is actually a bit lower than the rear. Where can I get the driveshaft balanced if thats the problem? I bought the rear links but the dealer hasnt charged me for any follow-up work and gave me an excellent price on the lift install.

As i asked before, what's your driveline angle? It's very uncommon for a driveshaft to go out of balance unless you've pounded it into some rock and/or knocked a weight off.

I don't know what the angle is, visually the angle is not extreme. Anyway I can measure the angle myself?

UPDATE: A couple of weeks ago the shop installed the adjustable upper rear links (on the advice of the mechanic as well as Toytec). After a couple of adjustments I'm happy to report the vibration is gone! Truck drives smooth now at all speeds. I'm thankful that the dealer I use has 2 mechanics that are 4 X 4 enthusiasts.
