Anyone have issues with XenonDepot HID ballast?

Anyone else have issues recently with XenonDeopt HID ballast? Mine just went out again for the 3rd time (2 left and 1 right). Has their quality gone down? I used them in the past for all my other cars (3 setups) and never had an issue. They're all still running.....

Just wondering if anyone else has been having issues?

The Retrofit Source bought them earlier this year if I remember correctly. Not sure if they changed parts or what, but that could be the issue?

Bought mine before they sold to retro and have had zero issues. Well over a year.

No issues with mine but they're a few years old. Been solid.

I got mine before they sold. I have had issues since day one. One of the lights sometimes does not turn on and i have to flick the lights on and off multiple time to have it turn on. I have contacted XenonDepot and have been told to try many things ( swap bulbs, swap ballast, add relay harness, ext.) Since we can't pin point was wrong they have never offered to replace anything. At this point i might just toss the kit.

Had mine in since last year and have had no problems with them. Now that they are bought out, I hope they still honor the warranty

Bought mine before they got bought out. I've had mine for about 2 years and they've been great. Keeping my fingers crossed they keep strong.

I purchased by set just about a year ago and had THE SAME PROBLEM for about 7 months. I had at least one side misfire 75% of the time. Went back and forth with XD support for the same length of time. We finally got it fixed (Thanks Jimmy!!) by swapping to the Hylux CANBUS ballast the The Retrofit Source carried.

They've been near perfect in the ~4 months since putting in the new ballasts. PM me for more details.
