Anyone installed a Kenwood DNX570HD head unit?

I have a 2001 Limited 4Runner and I'm thinking about this double din stereo/nav unit. I like the Kenwood models that are even better than the DNX570HD, but I'm don't want to spend any more than the $750 Best Buy price on this model. Garmin is a plus for me. I also like the user interface.

I have an installer in College Station that will match the Crutchfield ($799) or Best Buy ($750) price because he says they are dealers. He won't match prices for listings on eBay and Amazon because they aren't dealers and you might be getting reconditioned instead of new, etc. I'm thinking some of these prices will be dropping anyway now that Christmas is over.

I am an installer. I have had that unit since it first came out. I have installed about a dozen of them. The Bluetooth streaming sound quality sucks. There has been several other issues that have been mostly resolved through software updates. Never had a single problem with even the most basic 100 dollar BT units as far as sound quality. I love the garmin user interface. But that and the fact that it doesn't support video on my iPhone 5 and the streaming sound quality are a deal breaker for me. I will be replacing it soon.

Kenwood is releasing their new 2014 product lineup this March. The new 571 head unit supports iPhone 5 video support, from what I'm reading on their website. They finally came out with a dedicated lightning connector to support the video.

I'm guessing it'll be similar to the 570, around $750-$800 MSRP. Their top of the line receiver with navigation has a sticker price of $1500 MSRP which is way over what I want to spend for the receiver, installation, and backup camera installation. I'm figuring I'll spend around $1200 total if I go with the 571. Wishful thinking.
