...I don't think the carrier would be hard to make from scratch for the addicted bumper. For the savage bumper it did look cut and dry as far as fab and welding. I don't think it would line up as perfect on the addicted bumper.
All in all it is a HD top and bottom bearing hinge and a pretty beefy latch. Besides that it is just tubing and skill. You can make your own mounting plate for the tire with some. Bolts and lug nuts. I do like the latch systems that use a certain bit of tension and don't rely on a small bump stop to subdue rattling.
