anyone know what the code B1100

i was at a friends shop today trying to figure out the issue i am having with my brakes and we were using his code scanner and the only code i have is an airbag code which is B1100. does anyone know if this is the main airbag computer or is something else. Equally, is this the item that is being replaced in the recall?

Is it a Current DTC or History?

Also does your vehicle have Side-Curtain Airbags?

yes it has side curtain airbags This is a current code with the airbag light on the dash.

Well, I don't recall if the B1100 DTC is covered under the campaign; but if it's side curtain airbag equipped then the module is gonna get replace anyways under the recall (assuming it falls within the year range).

Is your vehicle 2004-2006?

Yes it is 2004 and have the letter from Toyota saying it needs to come in for the airbag recall.
