Anyone running E rated tires?

For every day driving, regardless of the load range, 32 - 34 is normal. You can run them higher, but higher pressures are mostly for when you are carrying heavier loads. When you go higher or lower than the recommended psi on the door frame sticker, monitor your tread wear and look for the classic signs of over and under inflation.

Yes, it can get more complicated and I have been through that thread and others. It's all very good information. But in my experience that theory doesn't always translate into real world results, which is why I recommended monitoring tread wear as a good indicator.

When I first switched up to LT's in E LR I ran them at higher pressures (38-40)as suggested.
Ride comfort went to hell
Cornering stability was improved
High speed stability improved
Sidewalls did not bulge as much when loaded up
Braking performance decreased due to lower tread contact area
Offroad traction decreased for the same reason
Tread wear in the center increased dramatically and tread wear on the sides went down. The classic over-inflation characteristic.

For my circumstances (loads, driving style, road conditions, tire choice), regardless of tire specs for the same size, 32-34 psi gives me the best all round performance and ensures safe, even tread wear and hence typical expected tire life.
