Anyone running the RockyMounts 14'er Cage Basket?

I have been looking into a basket and have always been a fan of RockyMounts bike racks but I wanted to see if anyone is using their 14er cage basket.

I basically want to know what you think about the build quality and the ease of attaching items like lights, a jack, shovel, etc.
