A few notes I learned from reading those threads.
I didn't know they've been out so long.

I didn't know you could get center speaker cutout or not.
I'm getting ready to install a new stereo system and don't need that center speaker anymore, so that's a plus.

Someone said they were too 'thrifty' with the silicone when installing and it 'rattled' a bit after awhile.
I'm installing a bangin' 10" subwoofer with the new system...so damn good to know about that.
I'll be using extra copious amounts of silicon if I get one.
