Anyone willing to help out with a timing chain install near Sacramento this Thur/Fri?

I have met a few guys recently from this area, but he might not be able to help me with the install. I'm a newbie, but I'm looking to get this fixed asap and I don't have all the tools I would need. Is anyone in the area who would help me out? I've found a few how to's and it's just a bit intimidating. Especially since I don't have the tools and don't wanna spend hundreds of dollars on tools and then end up messing something up in the process. I don't know how to find TDC etc.
