Little bit of backstory is in order, I suppose. Back in November(actually, the day before thanksgiving), my little 94 Ranger got a little crunchy in Reno. Lady plowed me on a freeway onramp, me stopped and her at around 40-45ish. Truck was totaled and I smashed through a back window with my head. I'd declined the hospital due to the fact that I was extremely pissed off, pumped with adrenaline, and the first responders said I seemed fine.
Flash forward to the end of December: get a call regarding the truck and the insurance company, State Farm for me and her, came up with 3400 and change for my truck. I took that and ran, cause it's a helluva lot more than I could've sold it for.
So, now that it's been the better part of 4ish months and there's no extreme pain, just some mild discomfort that I don't really forsee going away any time soon, but I need the cash sooner than later. I've had xray's done and did some physical therapy, but nothing helped. Just a mostly permanent, annoying neck pain.
Now, I'm fairly sure they're gonna lowball me right off the bat, but what should the payout generally hit around? Spent around 1000-1500 for the med bills so far.
