I found these guys after avoiding paying 4 bucks for 2 clips for my wife car at Autozone. I purchased a pack of 20 for the same price there clips are very well made.

Yes, but I don't think there is enough space to make an FDM part that will hold up in this application. Maybe for the 99 percent of the population that never removes the grill it would work. But the typical serial poster on T4R is going to take the grill off and on for all sorts of mods.

Is this not the clip your looking for. The design change between 03 and 02 isn't much different and that part number cross reference as a alternative to part #9095901583. Part# 9095901583 is used from 99-2002. 53935-35020 is a aftermarket part# should do the tricks

You can use nuts and bolts. Just remove the top plastic piece from the bottom metal piece, JB weld the bolts into the holes, for quicker result use a JB weld steel stick. Use the nuts to attach it to the bumper. There you go, a permanent improvement to the oem solution.
