Anytime Backup Camera - GROUP BUY - 2017

Hello all,

Thanks for the interest in this, definitely a lot more than I expected for sure. This have been tested and confirmed working in ALL 5th gen 4runners with IN DASH factory rear cameras as well as 2014+ Tacomas, Tundras, Rav 4 toyotas with a factory rear camera.

Our good friend jicko is going to be taking over the coordination of this group buy. Please re-enter your information on that thread once it becomes live, i will put a link in this thread to the new thread (sorry about the change!).

it looks like we hit the 15 threshold so these will be $35 shipped for the models mentioned above. If you have another model please PM me to discuss compatibility.

As far as the two camera model... I am currently working on putting new kits together and will offer a similar deal for those parts in the next month or so. If you purchase this unit and just need the add on parts for additional cameras i will honor the package price for you.

Thanks!

Count me in on this if it works in a 2013 non-JBL! So should I buy this or wait? I have been wanting to do this for a while but was confused whether a multi cam supported my model year.

Got mine installed

I installed mine today with AOB switch works great. I wired AOB camera switch it had 4 wires RED, Blue to the long Anytime Backup Camera long +12 v wire and AOB Green wire to Anytime Backup Camera wire.
And AOB Black wire to ground. Camera LED light is on when engine is on and when you push in switch to view backup camera bottom Reverse Camera LED on switch comes on.

Am I on crack here? I have a 2016 TEP non-JBL. I understand AOB red and blue wires connecting to the "anytime" long +12 v cable which has two black wires protruding from the cable. But the AOB green wire to "anytime" backup wire confuses me. Where is this other "anytime" wire? Please see photo below showing the anytime dongle and the AOB harness. Any help is appreciated.

You only need to use two wires from the switch and connect them to the two wires from the harness. The other two wires on the switch harness are only used if you want it to light up.

Sorry to dig up an older thread - I just got the same switch and anytime backup harness. Rocker357 I didn't follow what you were saying exactly. Red and Blue AOB to the long wires off the harness; where does the green wire go? and where did you ground the black to? Thanks
