anytime foglight mod?

I have done a search for it on here, and I have not seen anything about a way to have the fog lights on anytime I want, with highbeam or just by themselves.

Did I miss it? or does nobody do it? I know its big on the Tacomas, do I just follow what they did? My factory headlights suck I am adding some Piaa 410s, and I wanted to use the factory foglight wiring, but I want them on with the highbeams. I have a ton of LEDs going on, but they are too bright to use with traffic and the 410s have been okay so far if aimed correctly.

Mine are not wired to the highbeams, but they stay on all time (using the fog light switch).
