Well now I am confused. Does the US have Hilux trucks?

The ones in the pictures are trucks with Aussie licence plates and are different from 4Runners. I believe these bars won't fit the 4Runners.

Will await their reply and the catalogue I have requested too.

The Hilux was at one time the US toyota SR5 or 4runner but now it is built with similar parts but with a collaboration company in Thailand.

Notice any styling clues to the 06 4runner?

I wish these were imported to the US from Toyota Thailand. These Hilux have the steel bed instead of the composite plastic ones on the tacoma and they use the old fashion lever for the 4wd instead of the dial.

The only thing I wonder is this. On the 2000+ 3rd gen's it's also lever controlled but it's actually all electronic underneath. If you look closely, you'll notice that there is a push button for 4hi. And then it's lever controlled for 4lo but if you pull the carpet, you'll find out that the level does not go thru the floorboard and connect to the transfer case

I wouldn't be surprised if we pull the carpet on the gx, it'll be the same! Only if I had access to one of those Since I know they use the same transfercase as the 4runner I know it's all electronic.
