Sorry it took so long to get some pics up of it in the daylight but here they are.

I have to say this is by far my favorite 5th gen on the forum. Have you measured to see how much sag you have now? It looks like it has some rake to it now?or is it the driveway?

Nice work Same and Ice.
I hope that bumper manufactures who chime in notice how this thread is on fire. Better get to the market asap before ARB gets all the marketshare. Spring is an unacceptable release date (Shrock).

agreed, if someone wants my money, they better make an argument quick or this debate will be over...

Look, R&D ain't cheap. Toyota wanted $10k for a full spec CAD sheet of the 4th Gen and even then you have to spend time designing and fabicrating and testing. ARB can drop the money because they have a wide range of other accessories they can peddle to help make up that cost. Smaller shops just don't. If they can't afford the data, then they have to mock it up on a physical vehicle, which takes even more time.

If you really wanted the ARB, it wouldn't matter what another manufacturer put out because you'd already own an ARB. Which makes all the posturing seem silly.

Sam & Nomad, congrats on your bumpers. Even though I won't be getting one, I'm happy you are happy with them.

considering the 5G has only been out for a year, i personally don't find it unreasonable that bumper designs are still being ironed out, and i give major credit to these guys (and gals, Sam :)) for guinea-pigging the new ARB. however, i'm now more disappointed than ever in ARB. their bumpers for the LCs and LRs are so functional and minimalist, totally complementing the existing lines of the vehicle... this design, well, not so much. looks like a pretty face that's been blighted by medieval orthodontics to me.

Likewise, credit to Sam and Ice, they got they want and that is all that matters. To me, though, this design is a monstrosity and does not look good. At least on Sam's, with the lift and big tires, it does not look as out of place. I really don't want to add one to my truck, but I have such a great custom piece designed I might have to have my guy build it just because I can.
