Yes, the liners are cut to tuck behind new bumper.
How much of them is cut? If someone were to do the fender/bumper cut like most do with the SSO/C4 Slimline/Lo-Pro bumpers would it be too much?

Edit: I talked to the owner of Sierra Expeditions and although he had nothing bad to say about the bumper he said arb fender-bars are absolute trash same as the sliders they come with (which he said aren't even real sliders). He said go custom if you want them. I was actually watching some videos of some Australian rigs and seen a 200 series with the ARB fender bars. At one point he slid the truck into a mud/dirt bank and the fender bars flexed right into the fender panel. It was honestly looked completely useless.

4 or 6” don’t cut them too short, the guys that put mine on did then they had to replace that one.
I need to trim it. Not much clearence when tires flex.

You should be able to run this bumper with stock height/stock tires if you want, if you lift same thing

Im sorry but that was as clear as mud to me. Are you saying that a 285/75 with lift will clear or won't clear? I only ask because some have shown in this very thread to have had issues with clearance on 33's.

Not to belabor, but [MENTION=127913]Tejas[/MENTION] is asking about 285/75 tires which are 34".
My 32's (255/75) fit with tons of room to spare. Lots of people run 285/70 tires (33") without issue. But 285/75's are pushing it. They will require a BMC at a minimum, and most likely an aftermarket UCA for more adjustability. I'm pretty sure they will fit with the bumper, but more plastic trimming may be required. Possibly even a washer-bottle relocate.
I understand that and the answer to his original question if the bumper fits the answer is the same yes, if he can fit 33s, 34s or whatever size the answer is still yes because in order to fit any of those bigger tire sizes he will need a lift, poss BMC and UCAs as you pointed out, I didn’t cover that because I assumed he knew about the suspension part as his question was only about fitting the front bumper running 285/75. Just trying to help out [emoji2369]

If I put this bumper on a 2017 TRD PRO with the factory suspension, with no winch, would it sag badly?
Yes, the factory springs are only rated for 520lbs or something similar. The bumper with winch should be approaching 300lbs if not more depending on your winch selection. Go put 300lbs worth of human on the edge of your hood and see what happens with the front suspension.
For the TRD Pro suspension pick up a set of OME 2886 coils, they are rated for 660lbs and should provide 3" of lift without the spacer. These will be the perfect fit for this setup. I am picking up a set myself.

^^^Not surprising. Their skid plates are trash too for anything beyond mild wheeling. They make some good stuff, but those fender protection bars seem useless.
