Are my shocks leaking?

I noticed a little greasy residue on my shocks. What do you guys think? Any reason to be concerned?

It can be two things, Shock is seeping past the shaft seals due to wear in the ride zone.

or

something oily got inside your shock boot and is slowly draining out.

in either case, it is not a big deal, but if you are under warranty I would take it to the dealer and have them check it out.

^^This, though I doubt that something oily got inside the boot :nono: unless of course it came from inside the shock :wink2:
