Are OME kits well regarded?

I started with OME 890's paired with the OME Sport shocks. Found the shocks to be a bit too stiff for my tastes, so I swapped them out. Still happy with the springs.

OME 881/890 combo here with Tokico shocks. I have 2 leaky/blown shocks and I think they've been like that since I bought this rig 2 years ago.

When I got it, it also had no sway bars.

I installed the front sway bar last year with all new end-links and bushings, which helped handling, but the OME springs with the Trekmaster shocks ride like a truck for sure. Rough and Bouncy as hell. Just like an 80's pick-up truck with leaf springs.

I'll report back once I decide on a set of shocks and replace them.

Just installed OME 880/906 with Bilstein 5100's all around on my 2000 Limited 4wd. Went from 20" to 21.5 in the front and 20 to 22.5 in rear (expect to lose .5 when settled) perfect for me, about a 1/2 in rake.

But what I thought most note worthy is the ride. I almost passed on the OME springs in favor of the 99,s because of a number of "harsh ride" comments. I'm glad I didn't. To me, the ride is perfect, plenty supple even in the back.

Sure, ordered from Wheelers fronts are 4R5100, rears are BIL BE5-D558-TO. Wheelers shows two 5100's to fit. One is 0-2 lift, the second, which I chose, and which is a little less expensive,

is the 1.5 - 3" lift.
