Are the 2020s pre-equipped for the factory LEDs

I was installing the LASFIT LEDs for my low beams and fog lights, and as i was installing the fog lights i saw this unused wire near the bumper..

What is it?

Is it for the LEDs that would later be used in the 2021s??
I was trying to disable my DRLs and the pre 2020s have a different engine fuse box than the 2020s.
Maybe toyota pre worked the wires / equipment for the LEDs so theyre the same as 2021s??

4th gens have that same connector and its unused also. I have no idea what it is. Thought it was wiring for the bumper fogs and signals of early 4th gens when I first saw it on a buddys 06, but my 05 has them too.

Yes for a split second i had the same reaction but it does come with fogs...lol

If you notice that wire comes off the wiring from the fogs...
Maybe front bumper sensors on the limited editions.??

The factory LED fog light use the same wiring and connector as the halogen fog lights. They are a direct fit. Any other connectors are for something else .
