EVERYONE is affected by CSI. Whether they get a bonus or not. Sales and Service advisors are paid monthly on CSI. everyone else earns their Christmas bonus by amassing $ over the course of the year and one check in early Dec.do the mechanics benefit from CSI scores, or just the service writers?
we always hear that mechanics are more concerned with quantity over quality, but is that actually the case? do dealerships do anything to combat this?

Most normal customers need oil changes, alignments, tire rotations, the "big 3" if you ask me, plus other scheduled maintenance or warranty work.

What is your favorite part/most interesting to you about auto tech in general, since you have seen a wide array of stuff?
i..e forced induction in race car tech (blower, turbo, forged engine technology, etc, cpus and tuning), off-road tech, etc?
