Audio tone settings reset to default

The tone settings (Treble, Mid, Bass) keep resetting to default every time the radio is off and on. Has anyone else had this issue or know what the problem is? I hate to keep adjusting them to my preference.

i know when you switch between radio/cd/bluetooth each one has its own settings

Any updates on this? I have a 2018 with the same issue. Dealership cant figure it out.

Dealership can’t figure it out?
Have they documented it and contacted Toyota corporate for assistance?
Have they suggested replacing the complete head unit if a software update has already been uploaded?

I would be asking these questions of the dealership service manager.
