man looks great. the last pic of the stuffed rear wheel makes me sad though.. im plannin on goin with 35s and i dont see them fitting in there like those 33s do
 
Yea they won't; with this set up 33's is the best for offroad, but I am planning to move to 35's also, regardless. The 33's are literally stuffed in there; there is not more than .5" left to the front of the tire, the rear of the tire is rubbing the fender at this point.
 
Nice :cheers: ..still can't believe you were flexing at the shakespeare festival fairgrounds. Next time you should try to do it when you can get some of those people dressed up like medieval times in the background then 'shop it to look old.
 
well a 1.5'' BL would help for 35's. as for berretashot117 you have the bigger wheel wells in your older 4th gen comparted to autbonds.

almost positive. have someone with an 06+ meause there fenders horizontly at the top and then at the bottom. ours look bigger as well

i measured my rear wheel wells last night... top horizontly is 19.5'' and bottom is 35.5''. the rear is all you should worry about cause i would hope you plan on a winch bumper for up front otherwise you'll be hacking away. i hacked a good bit for my 305's
 
Ok, so as I am sure some of you know I sold my 4R. I have been driving entirely too much to have it anymore and needed something to just get me through school and not have to worry about. I picked up an 07 Acura TL Type S 6 speed and have been happy with it the past few weeks. I will build a 4R again in the future but for now I just need to finish school and all I need is a mode of transportation not a BA 4R haha. Don't hate on me too hard, had to do what I had to do. The TL is actually a lot nicer than the 4R as for comfort and interior period. Thanks for all yall's info over the time I was on here and look forward to it again in the future!

Sorry to see your 4Runner go, someone got a sweet ride. You will enjoy the TL-S though. My DD is an 08 TL-S (wife drives the 4R). I am a somewhat active member of the Acurazine TL forum as well. Hit me up if you got any TL-S questions I may be able to help.

sucks man, im in tears that you sold it. how much you sell it for?

hope you get another runner real soon. you plan on another 4th gen or a 5th gen?
 
I do not think I could ever drive a car again. I have nothing but SUV's for the last 14 years. I like being able to see through and over vehicles infront of me.
 
gorgious truck, Autbond.. what's your mpg right now, after all the mods? I have a V6, that I would like to mod the way you modded yours.
 
I don't have her anymore, but the gas mileage was pretty terrible when I had it. I was averaging about 11 mpg.
