auto-switch function not working?????

I took seats and center console out of my truck yesterday (08 sr5 4x4 v6), I disconnected the battery prior to doing this due to airbags in seats, so when I put everything back, the sunroof, and rear window don't want to auto slide (one touch function). Is there a way to reset this, or should this just not be? or is it something I have to go to dealer for? kinda frustrating, kinda odd. thanks in advance.
