Axle seal leaking at 13,000 miles

I have a bad feeling the dealer will blame this on the lift or happened during the installation of the lift. What ammunition do I have that the dealer should warranty this work?

Should be under warranty, I would just take it to the dealer. This doesn't seem to be a real common problem with this front diff though.
