Went and played around in the new 4Runner. With the rain and all there was only about 3-4 trucks out there. Perfect weather, first creek was a little high. Anyone from Los Angeles/ OC meet up to go explore every once in a while?

how is it up there? Last time i was up there was probably 20 years ago. Do you think a bone stock SR5 4x4 will be ok? I have seen vids on youtube of lifted 2500HD's getting stuck.....

I think you would be just fine. I have a stock off road premium and only used 4h in a few spots. This was during a rainy day where the crossing was higher than normal. Wouldn’t mind going again if anyone here is interested.

Have you been out to Hungry Valley yet? Lots more room to romp around out there.

Oh man, I remember my days there! Sadly relocated, there is also a fire trail just a little further up that spits you out up on the 2. Gorman/Hungry Valley was always good times, did some overnights there.
