I have a 4th gen with V8 too. I'm about to install 885s and Toytec 2.0 like you had on your previous 4th. Likely the same tire size too. I like the tall, narrow tires.
However, i went to a dealership on Thursday for some minor repairs and cruised the lot. First time I've been in the 5th gen, which seem to be very nice. I guess thats what i get sitting in a 2017 vs. my 2003. Anyways, when mine no longer works, i'll move up to a 5th gen which will be cheaper then.
