Back window not working

I have a 1987 4Runner. I was off roading on a bumpy road when my back door light went on and the window stopped working from the inside control and the key. Tried the rear window wiper cycle and properly docked the wiper. That didn't work. Back door light still on. Did something get knocked loose? Help please...

I'd open and re close you back door and see if that helps

Window is stuck in the up position. Can't open back door, it has a tailgate.

this prolly won't help, but did you accidentally knock the power window lock button? on my 3rd gen that disables the tailgate window too...

Your Mom fixed it

Driving on the washboard fire road knocked the tailgate loose enough to not be fully closed. I pushed on the outside of the tailgate and opened the window with the key. Tailgate needs to be completely closed for the window to operate. Closed it all the way, works fine.
