If you are actually looking for a backup alarm: Cheapest and easiest way if you have a tow package is to buy something like this Amazon.com: CURT 57727 Truck Backup Alarm for 7-Way RV Blade Trailer Wiring: Automotive If you want something more permanent, any truck place should be able to install one for around $100 or so
