Bad vibration under heavy acceleration?

Alright I've got a question for you guys, I've been doing a lot of work on my runner recently, including getting a new tranny due to loosing second gear and overdrive, but before I got the tranny put in and now, after I got he newer one installed I get a very bad vibration when I'm in over drive and give it gas. Also will do it when I'm in any gear and give it lots of gas. I'm
Not sure what it is. It almost feels like it's not firing a cylinder. I'm stumped, I recently replaced wires and plugs about 17k miles ago. So I'm hoping that isn't the problem. Anyone have any ideas as to why it might be doing this? Something I can check?

Maybe check your plugs ? Check your coil packs, clean mas air flow sensor, make sure your tires are balanced lol. Cuz my truck shakes at 65mph. Make sure u got good gasoline. Shell, Exxon.

I will pull my plugs and look, but they are only 17k miles old, and I'm sure it is engine or tranny due to being able to feel it. It is a brutal shake that happens when I'm on the gas, if I let off the gas and get back on it it will stop doing the shake. I will find a tunnel or something to try and hear the miss fire.
