Lol your a nut.
The turbo inlet is 1.75" and the compression outlet is 1.5"
The turbo exhaust outlet is like 2"

3" is just a waste of space, and from my reading most TDI guys like running 2.5" and that's what I plan to do for now. At least until I put a massive turbo or something on.

Radiator is in and intercooler mounted temp for now. I did not want to do a front mount yet because I have not decided on a front bumper and since I have to build a front bumper I will incorporate a front mount intercooler then.

Stupid eBay sellers taking a long time to get me my boost hoses and radiator hoses. Going to build the gas tank this weekend but waiting on the fuel line. Sucks to be halted because of shipping time.

Update time guys!

Temporary steel tube coolant lines until I get my ordered stainless mandrel tube in.

Temporary steel boost tubes because I will run front mount when I build my bumper so for now cheap and easy to make so will work.

I ran short of some hose clamps so gotta get more tomorrow.

So the radiator leaks..... not a great day.

Started it and ran it till t got hot noticed the heater fan wouldn't blow so traced wires back to faulty relay behind the glovebox.

Set the hydraulic shop to making the power steering hose for.

Going to get brake line now and run that tomorrow while I wait for the new radiator and power steering hose.

Looks like I won't get to play with it this weekend at all.

Also got the power steering hose sorted but didn't have extra return hose so couldn't drive it with power steering.

Stock Toyota starter. I got the 1.4 kilowatt style as it's smaller then the 1.1 KW version.

Thanks for response. I am going to be doing the same thing in the near future. Did you use the stock ALH ps pump? Jetta gas pedal? I would like to check yours out one of these days. I work nights in GR. Cool setup!

Who did you use to make the power steering hoses?

I explained in the video I took both the Jetta banjo fitting and then welded the stock Toyota hose to you as they were almost the same thickness it worked well.
