Bandit Runner and Wife's Rigs - Photo Op

Warning: Pointless picture thread!

So the wife and I cleaned up our trucks this weekend. Then since it was a beautiful day, we decided to go to the local park and take a few pics.

Her Rig: 2007 FJCruiser TRD Edition. Mods: 265/75R16 Wrangler DuraTracs, Brush Guard, All silver trim (grille, mirrors, bumpers, door handles) painted black to match body color.

Unfortunately some of the pics didn't turn out as well as I had hoped. The sun was in the background, and the settings on the camera were messed up. Oh well, it was still a great weekend.

btw, your pictures are VERY overexposed. turn down the exposure on your camera and always make sure the sun is behind the lens not shining into it.

EDIT: i see you mentioned the camera issues. good luck next time!

FJ Cruisers are somewhere between odd looking and yet cool at the same time. Overall I like them. But that 4runner takes the prize for best looks imo

Yes it does. I was surprised too when I installed it, but she likes it, and that's what matters.

We've thought about putting a small lift on the FJ, but probably won't. The problem is it is too tall. She only has about an inch of clearance between the top of the roof rack and the garage door. Believe it or not, her FJ (with stock suspension and tire size) is still 1" taller than my 4Runner with 3" suspension lift, 1.5" body lift, and 35" tires. I don't know why Toyota made them so tall.
