Basic CB Radio questions

I am picking my 2016 up later thos week but have a couple of basic questions. I ran the CB in my 2001 and want to move it over but I am pretty sure there may be a few issues.
Antennae mount - on my 2001 I had the chrome bumper and used a mount that bolted to the bumper thru and existing hole to give the ground. On the 16 version the bumper is plastic. Is there any place on rear bumper to get a ground?
I had a "no drill required" install on the 2001. I ran the antennae wire thru the rear light into the truck. If anyone has a rear antenna - how did you get the wire inside?
Power - I put a second fuse box off the battery and ran the power wire into the truck thru the existing hole for the factory radio antenna wire. Is this even possible on a 2016?
I would prefer to not drill holes in a new truck in the first week so I am looking to do it without drilling if possible

do a search and you'll find a few threads with suggestions. I'm going through the same thing right now, I'd like to the full size Cobra I ran in my JK, but i'll probably do with one of the ones integrated into the mic for space issues.

Some antenna locations are: the roof rack, getting a "ditch light" bracket for the hood and some people use clamp on connectors which attach on the rear hatch. None of these require any drilling.

I used the Comet RS 730 to mount the antenna on my hatch. I used an add-a-fuse to tap into the accessory power in the fuse box in the dash.
