What are you planning to use the extra battery power for?
Unless you are using juice from your battery while your Runner is not running, you are not getting the advantage of deep cycle batteries, but you are paying the premium price for them.
Deep cycle batteries can be discharged down to, say 50%, for many more cycles than a "cranking" battery can. A typical scenario in your Runner is that you discharge the battery less than two percent cranking the engine for a start, then it is very quickly charged back up by the alternator. It is almost always fully charged. No advantage to marine deep cycle batteries here - they generally don't deliver the cranking amps that a cheaper starting battery will give you.
Now, if you are operating DC equipment, or AC off an inverter, with your engine not running, that is a different story.

I've been running dual deep cycle group 31 for years, it works for my decent size stereo system. Pretty sure you only need it for extra reserve power, what are you planing to use dual batteries for?

I'm running the Kodiak dual system in my 5th. You're welcome to take a look at it up close and personal. It uses two pc1200 odyssey batteries.

I have a stinger agm battery up front and an isolated Stinger agm battery in the rear. (Stinger 500 amp battery isolator) For drive in movies it's nice not worrying about my 4runner not being able to start up after the movie. Hopefully when I can afford a winch it will help with that as well.

Dual AGM Diehard Platinum
I'm actually in the middle of setting mine up but I'll be running a Diehard Marine Group 31 (PM1) as the primary and a Diehard Marine Group 34 as the secondary. As other folks have mentioned, they're not worth it if you're not sitting around with the engine off, but for camping and tailgating - I'm looking forward to my setup.
