Battery terminal question

I'm going to be adding a few items to my 4Runner(HID lights, compact air horn, maybe some LED light bars, etc)and I am trying to avoid a rats nest at the battery. I have seen some of the aux boxes etc. that some here have used and I'm thinking it's overkill for me. I am somewhat electrically savvy. Any suggestions? Thanks!
